My suggestion would be to go to the pharmacy and buy over the counter antihistamines and maybe some spray to clean the sinus cavities.
If you still could be, for a cold or flu, and in this case, you should see a doctor.
If your chest all that remains after drinking, it is possible that you have a sinus infection that you can tell by the color what comes of it, may have that is yellow / green.
