When it comes to helmets whats the difference between DOT and SNELL - difference in snell 2005 and 2010
I know DOT DOT means that standards equivalent to, but what is SNELL? In addition, if the state has a helmet is DOT and Snell is only one good enough?

Snell testing is an independent entity not affiliated with Gov. Its rules are a little harder and not spend Helmets DOT Snell standards. This does not mean it will not protect you in an accident.
