In women, the Western civilization is an object of sexual entertainment for men. Therefore, not sailing.
Because the culture has changed. In Christ we are not legally obliged to comply with external standards. But we have to have to dress modestly (whatever that means in the cultural context that we are), so if I had to go to a Muslim country, I would wear a headscarf.
The fact is that God does not take into account what kind of clothes that you submit, but what happens in your heart. That is what counts:)
